Being an introvert is not a bad thing. It does not mean were snobby or antisocial. In fact, it definitely has its perks. You embrace the small things in life and are most likely a genuine person. And no, being introverted does not mean someone is quiet, lazy, or stuck up. Us introverts are just laid-back individals who are mostly home-bodies. We still have fun.

You have more time to yourself. Having time to yourself can be a rare to get around to. However, you’re able to have some alone time to yourself at least almost every day.

You can do anything you want to do. Being an introvert, you’re mostly by yourself at times. Which means you can do anything you feel. There is no one to judge, control, or even bother you.

You don’t have to worry about going out or impressing anyone. The only person you need to impress is yourself since you’re home alone anyways.

You have a small group of friends that you dearly love. A small number of friends means more to you rather than an abundant who might not be reliable.

You’re not always out partying. Partying is not your thing anyways. You would much rather be snuggled in bed reading a book or cuddling with your pets.

Netflix is the greatest thing ever for us introverts. Enough said.

You value the little things in life. You’re able to notice what really matters in life.

You listen more than you talk. Anybody is able to come to you and know that you will listen to them vent about anything. And nowadays, most people talk about themselves rather than listen.

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.
