Step 1:
Set 5 alarms the night before in 5, 10, and 15 minute increments.
Step 2:
Silence them all.
Step 3:
You have just slept through breakfast with your friend and your first class. You have done this everyday for two weeks. Get it together.
Step 4:
Begin the cycle of self loathing.
Step 5:
Resign to the fact that you can’t get any work done until you get three more hours of sleep. Settle back in.
Step 6:
You’re finally awake. Go on your phone for an hour. Rest your eyes.
Step 7:
Get out of bed. You’re supposed to have homework done by now.
Step 8:
Instead you watch Netflix and every new YouTube subscription video.
Step 9:
Remember that you haven’t eaten for 15 hours.
Step 10:
Think about eating. Realize you’re too tired to leave your room.
Step 11:
You’ve already missed all of your classes, so it’s time to go back to bed.
