They say college is the best time of your life and boy, were they right. Looking back on my freshman year of college, there's not much that I would change. But there are are a few things I wish I could go back to tell myself...

Why are you going out 5 of 7 days a week... no judgements though, do it while you can.

Nap. As much as possible. You won't be able to in the working world.

Don't buy that fake. Take advantage of the frats because by senior year you won't be going to them every weekend.

Go to class!!! So you won't end up trying to save your GPA at the end of each semester.

Don't worry about boys. Ever. They suck.

Freshman 15 is so real! Eat healthy.

But not too healthy... those pizza and ice cream nights with the girls are some of the best memories.

Stop worrying about what other people think. It won't be worth it.

If your friends tell you not to text him back, don't. They know what's best for you.

Talk to your professors. They can either be your best friend or your worst enemy, but you can decide which they are.

Your college friends and sorority sisters are friends for life. Don't take them for granted.

Stop mixing alcohol!!!!!

Shop at Costco. 200 red solo cups for $10.00.

As ready as you were to go to college, you will miss your family. Call often.

Might as well stop trying for that bikini bod... you still won't have it as a senior. *cries*

Stop focusing and getting wrapped up on social media. Instead, focus more on what is going on around you.

Go to the job fair. Keeping in touch with companies and getting your name out there is so important.

Be open to new things. Especially mac and cheese with Sriracha hot sauce. Some things are life changing.

Senior boys only want one thing.

If you keep drinking Brunettes every weekend, you won't be able to look at it by sophomore year.

And most importantly, live it up. Four years went by faster than I could have ever imagined. Take chances and don't regret them. Breathe, take every moment in. And just like everyone says, have the time of your freakin' life.

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.

Challah vs. Easter Bread: A Delicious Dilemma

Is there really such a difference in Challah bread or Easter Bread?

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.
