According to Apple, they will also have a vent system that "equalizes pressure," minimizing the discomfort that is often an issue with most earbuds. These babies also have built-in controls that allow you to press a sensor at the end of the earbuds instead of having to tap on the headphone case to control them.
The AirPods Pro are also sweat-and-water-resistant. Yes, they are actually made specifically for going to the gym and exercising! If you're looking for headphones that you can use when sweating your butt off, this is definitely a product you will want to invest in!
The best part is you can use these earbuds for more than just listening to music because they're also noise-cancelling! The AirPods Pro are the first noise-cancelling AirPods that Apple has created. They basically cancel out any background noise. This is a BIG DEAL considering that the only noise cancelling earbuds that have been around for some time now are Sony's earbuds.
Plus if you enjoy exercising at the gym, noise cancellation is something that you will definitely need if you want to avoid hearing the heavy breather beside you. Another cool thing that the AirPods Pro offer is that they include a sensor that allows you to have control over the noise cancelling feature. You can turn it off if you want to be able to hear what's going on around you. This is really helpful if you're trying to talk to someone or if you go outside and want to hear the sounds around you.
Another thing that will make you want to buy the new AirPods Pro is that they automatically connect to your Apple Watch and iPhone and other Apple devices, simply through Bluetooth.
According to Apple, the battery life of AirPods Pro can deliver over 24 hours of listening time or over 18 hours of talk time as compared to the current AirPods, which only offer up to three hours of listening time before having to be recharged.
So, although the new AirPods Pro may be more expensive than the older version, if you want a set of wireless earbuds that have more listening time, are noise-cancelling, and come with a unique software that allows you to find the best earbud fit for you, then you should definitely add these to your Christmas wish list!
