As another Drum Corps International (DCI) season has come to a close, many corps have created spontaneous memories within the three months they spent together. More than 40 corps have participated in their respected classes proving who will be this year's champion. Open Class prelims and finals took place from August 8 and 9, following with World Class prelims and final performances at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indiana from August 11-13. Each day led to bigger crowds and more excitement to all members, thus giving them the confidence on putting the best possible show they ever had. This year's Open Class Corps Champion's were the Blue Devils B, and the World Class Champion's were the Bluecoats.

I had the pleasure to experience an Open Class show featuring the Blue Devils B Corps in person and also to capture moments like this one in Oregon, Wisconsin at "Shadow Showcase."
