Looking for Angelina’s full lips or Kim’s flawless smoky eye?
Perhaps you can’t quite find your new hair style without thinking of drastic cuts and expensive colors. Maybe you’re just looking for a fashion makeover on a budget. Here are some tips and tricks to make yourself look like an A-lister without spending hours in a salon or a fortune at the stores.
Kim K’s Smoky Eye:
Starting from the brow bone, use highlighting colors to give yourself a base to work with.
Move to a slightly darker color, your medium color, and apply it from the end of your highlight to your crease.
Be sure to blend! Blending after each step is key.
Now find a color that is a shade darker than the last and apply it just below your medium shade in a back and forth motion. Make sure not to cover up your previous shade.
After blending, apply your darkest shade to the entire lid, getting as close to the lash line as possible.
Blend one last time and add your favorite mascara and you’re ready to turn some heads.
For an intense smoky eye, apply black eyeliner to the eyelid closest to the lash line before applying any shadow.
Angelina’s Full Lips:
For the famous full red lips the first thing you’re going to want to do is exfoliate. If you don’t have time or you have sensitive lips simply skip this step.
To exfoliate, use a clean toothbrush and warm water and move the brush in circular motions on your lips.
Once your lips are prepped apply a thin layer of colorless chap stick and rub it in. The chap stick helps your lips look smooth and keeps the lipstick in place.
With lip liner, trace just inside of your natural lip line to help seal in the color and keep it from bleeding.
Be sure your liner color matches your lip stick color!
Now you can apply your lip stick. I recommend using a lip stick brush to avoid going outside the lines. If you don’t have one it’s not the end of the world.
To ensure longer lasting color apply the lip stick, blot your lips, and apply a second layer.
For a shiny look, put a coat of clear lip gloss over top.
Quick and Easy LONG Ponytail for Short Hair:
If you’re trying to make your pony look longer skip the clip on extensions and follow these quick easy steps.
Taking the lower half of your hair, put it in a mid-range ponytail.
Be sure to tease your hair and give it some volume before putting the remainder top half of your hair into a ponytail directly on top of the first one.
Adjust your hair but tucking some pieces away and pulling others out to make your hair look more natural.
Be sure to check your hair in the mirror from the back as well as on both sides.
