Dear ____,
I know we don't really know each other, but there are some things that need to be said. You see, at one point in time you discovered how wonderful my best friend is. You saw how powerful her smile is, you listened to how great her laugh is.
My best friend is a very special person. She is compassionate, caring, funny, smart, and strong. So, when I watch someone like you hurt her, crush her, and make her feel broken, I get a little confused. Why would someone want to hurt something so rare and beautiful? Someone willing to hurt someone so special must be crazy.
Yes, I called you crazy even though I don't really know you, but guess what, I don't care. I love my best friend, which means I love seeing her happy, which she was with you. I had a feeling she was too good for you because let's be honest she is too good for most guys, but she was happy so I stepped back and watched her fall for you. Then you messed up, and there she was alone and hurt. Don't you worry, I was there to pick her up.
Me, being her best friend, I have some things to say to you. First off, you need to know that while she may not hate you, I do. Second, stay away from her. When you see her smile or listen to her laugh, realize what you lost and don't try to get it back. She is better off without you around. Third, if you do ever come back and hurt her, I will hurt you.
Some of this letter might seem a little crazy, or a little drastic, but you need to understand how special and important my best friend is to me. We have seen each other through good times and bad times. She has been there for me through so much, and I will always be there for her through it all.
So I beg you don't come back, and don't hurt her more than you already have. By now, I'm sure you realized how special she is. Someone that special doesn't deserve someone like you to break her.
Sincerely,
Her Best Friend You Should Be Scared Of
