Preface: The article below solely represents my personal views on Donald Trump's comments towards women in the recently released video and is by no means an encouragement for any other candidates or meant to destroy Trump's reputation in any other aspects. Please enjoy.

Dear Donald Trump,

Or should I say "Mr. Trump"? Would that be better? Well sorry to break it to you, but I don't think someone such as yourself is deserving of such a polite, formal address.

Before I get started let me introduce myself, I'm a twenty year old college sophomore, but even more so, I'm a twenty year old woman.

I'm one of the millions of women in the United States, but that doesn't mean I stand alone. In today's society, we women stand together and while we are strong individually, together we are untouchable.

What I'm about to say doesn't represent all of us, but it does represent a large majority of us.

Last week, a video was released in which you were recorded talking about one specific woman in a very vulgar and degrading manner prior to making an appearance on "Days Of Our Lives". Following this video release, it was brought up at the presidential debate and you attempted to "apologize" before digressing onto the topic of ISIS, but in the mix of this fake apology, you tried to defend your actions from 2005 by saying that was just "locker room banter" which is normal for men to engage in. Since the debate, professional athletes have spoken out calling your actions "trash talk" not "locker room talk" and after reports of there being additional footage of you speaking this way to women on the Celebrity Apprentice people are now demanding these videos be released as well.

Clearly, people are up in arms, as they should be.

It's 2016 and our country has come a long way in equality; women can vote, women can do the same jobs as men instead of staying home to cook and clean while their male spouses go to work, us women have made a name for ourselves, and as women of society we stand together. The picture you're creating if you get elected is that you'll take us back to those old days and take away all the rights women fought so hard to get. Is THAT your idea of making America great again?!

I've heard my male peers make comments about a female's physical appearance at parties, but not to the extent of your comments. The behavior you've displayed towards women is offensive, it's degrading, and it's honestly downright unacceptable, both for men in high school and men in their sixties such as yourself, if you can even call yourself a "man".

NO man, even one who is rich, has the right to make women feel like they're worth less than they actually are by saying things such as:

"Getting pregnant is an inconvenience for the employer."

"If you breastfeed you're disgusting."

"If you're a wife you shouldn't work because that's dangerous."

Well let me tell you something, sir.

A TRUE man doesn't treat women as objects put on this earth for his own enjoyment and as a TRUE woman, I don't accept this kind of treatment from ANY man.

As a woman, I have a responsibility to myself to have self-respect and call people out who don't demonstrate that same level of respect towards me.

As a woman, I'm just as capable of doing everything my male peers do, which is evident five days a week while I'm in the gym lifting weights with the guys.

As a woman, I have the right to go to school and get a well-earned degree so I can work wherever I choose AND also be a wife and a mother. I'm in the process of getting my Nursing degree, so I can one day come home from a long day of saving lives to my amazing husband and, hopefully, three children because that's my right as a woman in today's society as well as a human being.

As a woman, I will breastfeed if I so choose because it's MY body and it's MY choice what is best for my baby's well-being and I don't need approval from anyone else.

As a woman, I have the right to be who I want to be and to do what I want to do without some disgrace of a man, who has to talk down on women to feel better about himself, telling me otherwise.

As a woman, I have the right to choose to NOT vote for you on November 8th.

Sincerely,

A Woman

For as long as I can remember, I have been listening to The Beatles. Every year, my mom would appropriately blast “Birthday” on anyone’s birthday. I knew all of the words to “Back In The U.S.S.R” by the time I was 5 (Even though I had no idea what or where the U.S.S.R was). I grew up with John, Paul, George, and Ringo instead Justin, JC, Joey, Chris and Lance (I had to google N*SYNC to remember their names). The highlight of my short life was Paul McCartney in concert twice. I’m not someone to “fangirl” but those days I fangirled hard. The music of The Beatles has gotten me through everything. Their songs have brought me more joy, peace, and comfort. I can listen to them in any situation and find what I need. Here are the best lyrics from The Beatles for every and any occasion.

Being Invisible The Best Super Power

The best superpower ever? Being invisible of course. Imagine just being able to go from seen to unseen on a dime. Who wouldn't want to have the opportunity to be invisible? Superman and Batman have nothing on being invisible with their superhero abilities. Here are some things that you could do while being invisible, because being invisible can benefit your social life too.

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.
