As one task falls two more are handled. Slowly but surely taking out every opponent and obstacle one at a time. It's almost as if we divide and conquer. Your body builds a certain momentum, it notices how you inch closer to your goals.

Sometimes we forget, I ask myself why? Why punish and stress for no success? Struggling throughout moments with no end in sight. Why torture myself to find these thoughts? Is anybody listening, I think not. You just feel like screaming out. Screaming against the crowd, the polls, the world. Because it's all just so wrong.

Donald Trump is president and that has brought about major change to our society already. In one week I've seen a so miracle, riots throughout the nation and even watched some people just flat out break down. Let's get one thing straight, for many people; this is exactly what they wanted.

Trump gives hope to a certain group of people. No, the neo Nazis or the KKK; he gives hope for the people who believe the system has wronged them. Specifically wronged them economically. I'm all for equal treatment and being spoken to respectfully, but that's not a priority for his supporters, their priority is survival. Kind words don't feed their families, all they want are jobs.

One may ask how Trump will create these jobs? The truth is I'm not even sure myself. Most people just believe because he is different from a career politician, that he will acknowledge different issues in this regard. Disregarding the debt to finally spend on infrastructure.

A long time ago I learned that it really isn't about what you actually know, it's about what you convince others you know. People choose their champions based on what they believe those champions are capable of. Somewhere along the line we for to test them. Functionally it's because we have very little time and can't waste it testing someone on all of their ability. Realistically it's because we're easily convinced.

Millions spoke at polls and democracy chose Trump they believed he was better suited. That even though he lacked hard experience, he had enough in other aspects to make up for this. He did a great job at convincing us, and it may be true. Perhaps Trump may harbor the skills needed to change the system necessary. At this point is rather try to keep my optimism because it's all we have.

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.

I was asked so many times why I wanted to go to a small school when a big university is so much better. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure a big university is great but I absolutely love going to a small school. I know that I miss out on big sporting events and having people actually know where it is. I can't even count how many times I've been asked where it is and I know they won't know so I just say "somewhere in the middle of Wisconsin." But, I get to know most people at my school and I know my professors very well. Not to mention, being able to walk to the other side of campus in 5 minutes at a casual walking pace. I am so happy I made the decision to go to school where I did. I love my school and these are just a few reasons why.
