The "American Horror Story" franchise has been thriving for the past few years. With the successful "Murder House" and the not-so-successful "Roanoke" fans of the show have grown to love some of the iconic characters that were given to us throughout the series. These characters are played by our staple actors like Evan Peters and Sarah Paulson, while other have made special appearances and may even become a part of the steady cast themselves.

Here are 22 "American Horror Story" characters ranked from lowest to highest in popularity, see if yours made the cut:

22. Harrison Wilton (Billy Eichner) - "Cult"

21. The Countess (Lady GaGa) - "Hotel"

Queen of all her little monsters, GaGa's debut in "Hotel" couldn't have been more perfect for her.

20. Liz Taylor (Denis O'Hare) - "Hotel"

Denis O'Hare in drag...there is nothing this man won't do for this show.

19. Dr. Oliver Thredson (Zachary Quinto) - "Asylum"

His mommy issues were a little creepy, but he was still a pretty good character.

18. Misty Day (Lily Rabe) - "Coven"

This Lily Rabe character was so innocent and obsessed with Stevie Nicks, how could you not love her?

17. Winter Anderson (Billie Lourd) - "Cult"

Winter is slowly winning fans over as "Cult" goes on. She's the babysitter no child should have, but we wouldn't have her any other way.

16. Moira O'Hara (Alexandra Breckinridge/Frances Conroy) - "Murder House"

It's always the redheads, isn't it?

15. Kit Walker (Evan Peters) - "Asylum"

Poor Kit went through so much crap that he didn't deserve...but we did get to see his butt.

14. Sister Mary Eunice (Lily Rabe) - "Asylum"

Lily Rabe's best role by far. Classic case of good girl gone bad...well maybe not.

13. Elsa Mars (Jessica Lange) - "Freak Show"

At times we hated Elsa and at times we felt bad for her, but all in all, she loved her monsters.

12. Queenie (Gabourey Sidibe) - "Coven"

Queenie was the girl that I wish was in high school: sassy and confident in all that she does.

11. Tate Langdon (Evan Peters) - "Murder House"

If his "Don't you die on me" line didn't hit you in the feels, you're not human.

10. Lana Winters (Sarah Paulson) - "Asylum"

Lana was so incredibly strong which made her character stand out. She's the woman we need in today's society for sure.

9. Dandy Mott (Flinn Wittrock) - "Freak Show"

Honestly, it was hard not to love Dandy, even though he was a psychotic spoiled brat.

8. Kai Anderson (Evan Peters) - "Cult"

Kai is terrifyingly persuasive and has some hate in him, but he's becoming a "Cult" favorite.

7. Delphine LaLaurie (Kathy Bates) - "Coven"

Definitely a character that we loved to hate. She did have her funny moments too.

6. The Butcher (Kathy Bates) - "Roanoke"

Completely insane and terrifying, the Butcher was probably the best character in "Roanoke."

5. Violet Harmon (Taissa Farmiga) - "Murder House"

Violet knew what was up the moment they arrived at the Murder House. She was angsty, but with good reason.

4. Madison Montgomery (Emma Roberts) - "Coven"

Madison is the Regina George of "American Horror Story," which is all the more reason to love her. She will also remain on Twitter feeds for years to come in gif-form.

3. Twisty the Clown (John Caroll Lynch) - "Freak Show"

Everyone was rooting for Twisty, even when he was senselessly stabbing people to death. So misunderstood.

2. Marie Laveau (Angela Bassett) - "Coven"

Marie is not someone to be messed with. She's definitely the fiercest of them all. Yas queen.

1. Fiona Goode (Jessica Lange) - "Coven"

The queen of "American Horror Story" is without a doubt Jessica Lange and she owned this role. Fiona was selfish and borderline evil, but we loved her all the same.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

These powerful lyrics remind us how much good is inside each of us and that sometimes we are too blinded by our imperfections to see the other side of the coin, to see all of that good.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

The song was sent to me late in the middle of the night. I was still awake enough to plug in my headphones and listen to it immediately. I always did this when my best friend sent me songs, never wasting a moment. She had sent a message with this one too, telling me it reminded her so much of both of us and what we have each been through in the past couple of months.

Zodiac wheel with signs and symbols surrounding a central sun against a starry sky.

What's your sign? It's one of the first questions some of us are asked when approached by someone in a bar, at a party or even when having lunch with some of our friends. Astrology, for centuries, has been one of the largest phenomenons out there. There's a reason why many magazines and newspapers have a horoscope page, and there's also a reason why almost every bookstore or library has a section dedicated completely to astrology. Many of us could just be curious about why some of us act differently than others and whom we will get along with best, and others may just want to see if their sign does, in fact, match their personality.

Being a good person does not depend on your religion or status in life, your race or skin color, political views or culture. It depends on how good you treat others.

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
