I love "Grease." It has been one of my favorite movies for as long as I can remember. I know all the lyrics to all the songs, and when I heard about this live remake, I was insurmountably excited to see it. Now, while I had high expectations, nothing lives up to the original. That being said, this version was great — and I give mad props to the actors and actresses who put their heart and souls into it. The original with John Travolta, Olivia Newton John, Didi Conn, and Jeff Conaway will always be the most nearest and dearest to my heart. So with that being said, these were my honest opinions while watching the live version for the first time. Disclaimer: these are my opinions, and you don't have to take them to heart if you loved the new remake more than the original.
1. Oh gosh, this is kind of cheesy.

4. I hope this new cast is as sexy as the old one.

6. Where is Jeff Conaway? I miss Jeff Conaway.
7. Is this supposed to be this awkward?
8. Was Danny a lifeguard in the original?
9. This Danny is definitely not as ruthless as the original Danny.

11. Vanessa Hudgens looks so good!
12. "I have a feeling I'm not in Salt Lake anymore." ?
13. Julianne looks good though.
14. Already tired of these Utah jokes and puns.
15. Why is the cafeteria so empty, and only filled with women?
16. Carly Rae Jepson as Frenchy, still deciding my feelings on that...

18. Why does this school have two gymnasiums?

20. Not as good as John Travolta's ending note, but still pretty good.
21. Danny Zuko is definitely not a straight A, boarding school student.
22. I love the side story between Patty and Eugene.
23. Where are Blanche's dialogue lines?
24. "Nothing makes a cheerleader more nervous than when she's late." Hold on, let me die a little from laughter.
25. These cheerleaders are a lot more skilled in this version than in the original.
26. Patty is hilarious.
27. How have Sandy and Danny not seen each other at school yet?

29. Danny's facial expressions are to die for.

31. The tooth-paste theme song might actually be my favorite.

86. It's so touching that Rizzo is consoling Sandy -- this is totally how it should have been in the original.
87. Julianne's hair has been on point throughout this whole thing...
88. This carnival scene seems so much more realistic than the original.
89. No Patty, you're not allowed to like Eugene now.
90. Well it's about time Marty started to like Sonny.
