Have you ever aimlessly scrolled through thousands of tweets, Instagram posts, and timelines in hopes to cure your boredom? Have you ever felt sad and wanted a way to make yourself feel better (even just a little bit)? Below is a list of links -- from cat live cams to fun games, they're here to fix whatever may be the problem.
If you're bored:
Weavesilk - one of the coolest sites I have seen. Press your cursor on the empty, black space and drag. Watch electric colors dance across your screen as you draw some really cool art.
The Useless Web - a website that takes you, with a push of a button, to a random site. Try it out! Most of them are weird and useless but that's what makes it fun! (warning: some sites may play loud music/sounds, so be careful with earbuds!)
Orisinal Games - a bunch of mini-games that you can play. Click on one of the squares and it will bring you to that game!
Neon Flames - similar to Weavesilk, you can create some art. More specifically, you can create a 'nebula'. Choose the colors you want to use and click in the black, open space. Watch the blank slate turn into a galaxy.
If you're sad, stressed or just need to vent:
The Quiet Place - one of my favorites by far for when I am stressed. The Quiet Place is a project/website that plays lulling music and brings you through a series of calm dialogue. Plug in your ear buds, turn your phone's ringer off and enjoy the serene site.
The Thoughts Room - another great tool for when you are stressed or feeling down. Also brought to you by The Quiet Place Project. Very similar to the link above, yet you are able to type out your feelings and get it off your chest. Allow the beautiful night sky background whisk you into the Thoughts Room.
The Comfort Spot - if you are loving the Project from above, try this out too. Another great platform where you can vent to strangers anonymously. Sometimes having someone else there helps.
Kitty Live Cam - some of the cutest little animals you will see. Animal Planet knows what us humans need in life, and that is live-action kitties.
Puppy Live Cam - same thing as the other one, just with a different kind of animal.
