9 Times Corinne Was The Real Star Of The Bachelor

Many fans were excited to learn that Nick Viall, the only man to ever be a runner-up on two seasons of The Bachelorette, was announced as the 21st Bachelor. After redeeming himself of a villainous reputation during his run on Bachelor in Paradise, Nick has become a fan favorite among Bachelor Nation, the fandom dedicated to ABC's hit dating-reality show The Bachelor. As his season is about to conclude in the upcoming weeks, many people agree that there is one potential leading lady that has stuck out among the rest: Corinne Olympios.

Each season a handful of women tend to leave lasting impressions on the audience. While there were many potential suitors for Nick this season, Corinne is the only person that seems to keep the show interesting. While it is up for debate on whether the other women are on the show "for the right reasons," or simply for fame, one thing is clear. Corinne is the star of Nick Viall's attempt at finding love for the fourth time on a Bachelor franchise.

While some people love her and others love to hate her, there is not denying that without Corinne the 21st season of The Bachelor would probably be the most boring ever. Here are the nine times Corinne Saved The Bachelor.

1. When we witnessed her dance moves

Most of the women were thrilled to go on a group date that involved dancing on stage at a Backstreet Boys concert. Corinne was not one of these women and her lack of talent when it comes to dancing shows why. Corinne is the only person that is able to find a negative thing about spending time with the boy band.

2. When she told the other girls that she has a nanny

Corinne claims to own a multimillion dollar company, but she's also a 24 year old that has a nanny. While she has gone on to explain that Raquel is more like a family member than a nanny, it's still odd that she went about telling the other contestants so casually. Does she think every 24 year old has a nanny? It's possible. But hey, if I could have someone make my bed and cook me cheese pasta I'd probably talk about her a lot, too.

3. When she was the only girl to take advantage of a hotel housekeeper

While we've all come to know and love the idea of Raquel, Corinne temporarily forgot about her when a hotel housekeeper named Lorna took over the role. In Corinne's defense, Lorna could have helped the other women competing for Nick's heart and the producers just chose not to show it, but it's more fun to pretend that Corinne needs a nanny figure in her life at all times.

4. That time she was the only girl to admit that the farm date was awful

A lot of the women on this group date pretended like they loved working on a farm, but Corinne was the only girl to admit that the idea was less than romantic and actually involved a lot of hard work. There's no way to impress a potential significant other when you're surrounded by animal poop all day. She even sat out of the date at one point because she felt like she was losing the circulation in her hands. At least she has her priorities in order.

5. When she told it like it is

One of the most annoying things on The Bachelor is when the constants complain about parts of the process that literally happen every season. While we understand that you don't like seeing your "boyfriend" talk to and kiss other women, what did you think would happen when you signed up to be on a dating reality show with a ratio of 30 women to one man? Corinne took advantage of her time with Nick and she was in no way going to apologize for playing the game. All's fair in love and The Bachelor.

6. When she tried to show how mature she is

After being told that she has a low emotional intelligence multiple times, Corinne tried to prove just how mature she is. I'm not too sure that she proved her point, but this is now a very popular gif, so maybe that is a big enough win for her.

7. That time she asked for a voodoo doll on the two-on-one date

While being left alone during the dreaded two-on-one date, Corinne asked for a voodoo doll of the other girl on the date and surprisingly she was given one. She then carried it around with her for the rest of the date after the other girl was sent home. Odd? Definitely. Entertaining? Absolutely.

8. When she tried to seduce Nick in his hotel room

After Nick apologized to the remaining women for getting emotional about sending a Danielle L. home, Corinne decided that she would cheer him up by sneaking into his hotel room. While this was not the first time she has attempted to seduce him, this was the first time she didn't get any action at all because he decided that it wouldn't be fair to the other women. Maybe she got this idea from Kaitlyn's season when she and Nick hooked up way before the famous overnight dates.

9. When she skipped the Rose Ceremony to take a nap

After securing herself a rose during a group date, Corinne decided to skip that week's Rose Ceremony and instead took a nap. The nap caused a lot of controversy within the house and many of the women found her actions to be disrespectful, though Corinne stuck up for herself because naps are all necessary, especially when you're trying to find love on reality TV. Will there ever be a more iconic shot than the one with Corinne sleeping next to her rose? I highly doubt it.

In a few weeks we will find out who is offered the final rose and Nick's heart, but for now all we can do is watch and hope that Corinne continues to steal the show. It's very likely that whoever Nick ends up with will not be his future spouse anyway, so Corinne will always be the real winner in our hearts of Season 21 of The Bachelor. Corinne Olympios, we thank you for your entertainment.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

These powerful lyrics remind us how much good is inside each of us and that sometimes we are too blinded by our imperfections to see the other side of the coin, to see all of that good.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

The song was sent to me late in the middle of the night. I was still awake enough to plug in my headphones and listen to it immediately. I always did this when my best friend sent me songs, never wasting a moment. She had sent a message with this one too, telling me it reminded her so much of both of us and what we have each been through in the past couple of months.

Zodiac wheel with signs and symbols surrounding a central sun against a starry sky.

What's your sign? It's one of the first questions some of us are asked when approached by someone in a bar, at a party or even when having lunch with some of our friends. Astrology, for centuries, has been one of the largest phenomenons out there. There's a reason why many magazines and newspapers have a horoscope page, and there's also a reason why almost every bookstore or library has a section dedicated completely to astrology. Many of us could just be curious about why some of us act differently than others and whom we will get along with best, and others may just want to see if their sign does, in fact, match their personality.

Being a good person does not depend on your religion or status in life, your race or skin color, political views or culture. It depends on how good you treat others.

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
