Now that the semester is over, we are now left with the troubling idea of what to do next. There's nothing to panic, cry, or scream about now, here are some things you should do.
1. Wipe your tears.
The trying times are now behind you, wipe off the raccoon on your face and go back to looking like a normal human being. Please.
2. Sleep.
The clock starts NOW. You have 3-4 weeks to catch up on the four months of sleep you've deprived yourself of. Use this time wisely.
3. Pack the suitcase you'll be living out of for the next month.
Because what is the point of going through the effort of taking it all out when you know that A.) 90% of your time will be spent in sweats and pajamas and B.) you know that you'll have to put it back in in less than a month?
4. Play with your pets.
You've missed them, and unless you have a cat, they've missed you too. Take this time to hang out with your furry buddy, again, unless you have a cat; they don't really want you around.
5. Catch up on all the shows you've missed.
A Netflix coma won't beat a sleep coma but they come pretty close and sometimes they blur together, so it's still okay
6. Nothing.
Do nothing. Its called a break for a reason, take it because it will go away and then you'll be back on the hellish campus of choice.
7. Catch up with old friends.
Like your pets, some of them have missed you too.
8. Annoy your family members.
I think college students forget that the world kept moving while they were gone and their parents have officially gotten used to their empty nest.
9. Refresh your blackboard page for grade postings.
At this point, just panic and hope for the best.
