Fathers, Father figures, Dads, Step Dads, they all play a huge role in our lives. There is so much to be thankful for in this crazy world that we all live in. And I would love to thank my dad for several reasons...

Dad,

1.Thank you for being the most perfect role model of a true gentleman.

You have been the man I've looked up to my whole life. You are the definition of what a man truly is.

2. Thank you for your unconditional love.

You have loved me since the day I was born, when I took my first breath. With your love, I hope I can find a man who would love my children like you have loved me and my siblings.

3. Thank you for constantly telling me how proud you are of me.

Knowing that you are so proud of me in anything and everything I do, is such a great reminder when things get hard. I appreciate it so much, Dad.

4. Thank you for loving mom like you do.

You have shown me what a real marriage is all about. You never let you and mom go to bed angry and always support and love her. Thank you for doing that. Thank you for giving me and my siblings a prime example of what a healthy marriage is.

5. Thank you for always being there for me.

Ever since day one, you've been there for me, always. From cheering me on in the stands to supporting every life decision I make whether you're a fan of it or not. All you want is what is best for me and I just want to thank you for being there every step of the way in my life.

6. Thank you for teaching me life lessons.

Without your disciple or advice, I wouldn't be half the person I am today.

7. Thank you for always making me laugh.

When I am sad or upset about something, you always know how to cheer me up. Thank you for dancing silly and making weird, hilarious faces, and talk in a funny voice just to make me feel better.

8. Thank you for your morning messages.

With them, my day is brighter.

9. Most of all, thank you for being my dad.

I couldn't imagine having anyone else but you as my dad. You are an amazing father to me and my siblings no matter how hard or how tough life can get. You always have a smile on your face when I think my world is falling apart. Just by your smile, I know that everything is going to be okay. We almost lost you 5 years ago Dad. To just think I could've lost one of the most important people in my life. I almost lost my biggest supporter and the man who helped shaped who I am today.

I love you Dad.
