Growing up in Fayetteville had its perks. I'm proud of where I came from because of these 9 things.

1. Friday Night Football

Standing shoulder to shoulder in the stands...nothing beats it.

2. Healthy Rivalry in Elementary Sports

You'll never forget the roar of the gym at NGA during the tournament.

3. The Country Side

The beautiful back roads are breathtaking.

4. "Town"

Usually to Las Trojas, everyone goes to "town" on the daily.

5. Ken's

Talk about an amazing burger! Ken's is just something you can't pass up.

6. The Square

It's almost like a little skip back into time. From the theatre to the shops, the square is a perfect collection of character for Fayetteville.

7. A Busy Town on Sunday at Noon

Everyone's leaving church and going out to eat... that's a good thing!

8. Endless Friends

You never know who you're gonna find in Fayetteville!

9. The Way The Town Comes Together

Not even a tornado could stop this town.
