Meeting new people is all part of the college process. When you get to campus you might find that many people are very different from you. However, as you look more closely, you might notice that you actually have a lot of similarities with your peers. Of course, everyone is unique in their own way but one can easily categorize people into distinct groups, more specifically, one can categories college girls into eight different types.

1. The basic one

This is your average college girl or the archetype for all college girls. She attends football games and doesn't study much but still gets good grades. She loves to be active and Lululemon leggings are the only things she will wear as pants. This girl's outfits consist of wearing sweaters, flannels, leggings, and of course college gear. You will find this girl at a coffee shop or at the yoga studio.

2. The party animal

This girl is straight up wild. She does not care what others think of her. She lives her life as if every day is her last day. She lives life to the fullest by partying hard. Party on a Monday, this girl is there. This girl is invited to all the parties because she gets "lit".

3. The lovey-dovey

This girl is the girl that wants to marry her college boyfriend right after graduation. She is always looking lovestruck and giddy. In addition, she might already live with her boyfriend or hang at his place frequently. She is always hugging or kissing her boyfriend and don't you dare tell her that college relationships don't last.

4. The sorority girl

This girl can be a combination of any of the other types of college girls, the only difference being is that the sorority girl will put her sisters first before anything. She only really socializes with her sisters and loves them to death. She is also confident and well spoken. Do not dare mess with a sorority girl, that fight is one against twenty. Be nice if you don't want your bum beat.

5. The intellectual

This girl came to college to study. She is also thinking of getting a Ph.D. and will most likely become a lawyer or doctor. She knows it all and the library is her sanctuary. During lectures, she is the one that asks questions that even the professor has trouble answering.

6. The girly one

This girl is the girl that always has a fresh manicure and blowout. She loves fashion and shopping. For this girl, shopping is her cardio. You will never see this girl wearing sweats. You will see her wearing the latest trends and her outfits will be perfectly coordinated.

7. The fitness guru

This girl loves everything fitness. She is always in athletic clothing and takes morning jogs. She does anything from yoga to pilates, to CrossFit and weights. She does it all. As for her diet, she has a low carb and high protein diet. You will not only envy her dedication to being healthy, but you will also envy her abs.

8. The chill one

This girl is carefree and her motto in life is to go with the flow. She is down for anything and likes to try new things. Whether it is going on a hike or on a road trip this girl is down. She can also be a procrastinator. However, she is easily liked by others and has many friends.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

These powerful lyrics remind us how much good is inside each of us and that sometimes we are too blinded by our imperfections to see the other side of the coin, to see all of that good.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

The song was sent to me late in the middle of the night. I was still awake enough to plug in my headphones and listen to it immediately. I always did this when my best friend sent me songs, never wasting a moment. She had sent a message with this one too, telling me it reminded her so much of both of us and what we have each been through in the past couple of months.

Zodiac wheel with signs and symbols surrounding a central sun against a starry sky.

What's your sign? It's one of the first questions some of us are asked when approached by someone in a bar, at a party or even when having lunch with some of our friends. Astrology, for centuries, has been one of the largest phenomenons out there. There's a reason why many magazines and newspapers have a horoscope page, and there's also a reason why almost every bookstore or library has a section dedicated completely to astrology. Many of us could just be curious about why some of us act differently than others and whom we will get along with best, and others may just want to see if their sign does, in fact, match their personality.

Being a good person does not depend on your religion or status in life, your race or skin color, political views or culture. It depends on how good you treat others.

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
