We all have that one friend that constantly seems to be on top of everything. She was blessed with the gift of impeccable time management, and procrastination just doesn't exist in her world. This magical friend is everything you strive to be in this world, but it's nearly impossible to live up to her lifestyle. When she's already finished her homework, worked out, fed the homeless and eaten a nice healthy meal, you're just rolling out of bed to buy a coffee that you'll end up spilling on your shirt. Here are a few struggles of being friends with someone who has her life together:
1. Every time she asks you to hang out or go do something fun, you have a million homework assignments to do.
I would love to go see a movie, but I have three papers, two tests and a presentation all due tomorrow.
2. She constantly has to remind you what your schedule is for the day, because you can't remember it yourself.
I'm honestly not sure if I'd be surviving without her.
3. Having a class with her is depressing because when you're just starting a project, she finished it three days ago.
But maybe she's nice enough to help you out?
4. She has a solid plan of what she's going to do after she graduates, and you don't even know what you're eating for lunch.
When she's teaching Spanish in a foreign country, you'll probably be sitting on your bed curled up in a ball.
5. Speaking of food, she's always eating healthy, and you just ate Taco Bell for the third day in a row.
Looks like we can't go to the pool together.
6. Her clothes are always super stylish and she looks good 100 percent of the time, and you're lucky to have a clean pair of pants.
"Who's your friend? She's really cute." Yes, I know!
7. When you forget a family member's birthday for the third year in a row, she already bought her mom a Christmas present four months in advance.
Great, now I feel insanely guilty.
8. She's actually perfect in every way, so you might as well just accept it.
Friends that have their lives together are a confusing and miraculous breed, but they're the best kind of friends to have. I think I'll keep mine.
