I recently got back into anime and forgot how much I loved it. The stories and the action is just amazing, but there was something else I really wanted. The love stories. Even though they are just a little bit illogical and overdramatic, they're so beautiful and I wish I could have just a piece of these anime love stories.

1. Kirito/Kazuto Kirigaya & Asuna Yuuki

The lead couple of Sword Art Online is just like my every dream of a perfect relationship. They are sweet, kind, caring, understanding, and supportive of each other all while literally being each other's lifesavers on multiple occasions. Not to mention the whole fighting monsters back to make together. What a duo honestly.

2. Sailor Moon/Serena Tsukino & Tuxedo Mask/Darien Shields

My childhood fantasy was to have a man like Tuxedo Mask. So suave and kind, but also a jokester who would tease me, but know when to stop. This prince and princess are so adorable and while their romance can be a bit mysterious at times, I love when they tease each other because it reminds me of my favorite relationships.

3. Yuki Cross & Kaname Kuran

Let's just ignore the incest-y part of the lead couple of Vampire Knight because that seems to be normal in their world and focus on the rest of it. Kaname loves Yuki so much he's willing to watch as she forgets everything she's ever known about him just to protect her and then still stays by her side. While he will do anything to protect her, he also is still willing to let her do whatever she truly feels that she needs to, ultimately even willing to let her go in the end, if that's what she thinks she needs to do--not that she does.

4. Haruhi Fujioka & Tamaki Suoh

Honestly, I've never seen a more clueless man in an anime, but Tamaki is so freaking adorable, it's hard not to love him anyway. Not to mention his love for Haruhi isn't just romantic. He sees Haruhi and the rest of the Host Club as the family he could never have and that is just the most precious thing to me. Not to mention how much Haruhi obviously cares for him and would still do anything for him.

5. Kagome Higurashi & Inuyasha

Kagome, first of all, is such a badass female. She frees Inuyasha and repeatedly puts up with his crap because she's got shit to do and she needs him to do--not to mention she's in love with him. They would do absolutely anything for each other, including time travel, and that to me is just lovely.

6. Winry Rockbell & Edward Elric

Other badass couple. While they don't necessarily end up a couple in the original series, they kind of do in Brotherhood, and we all know we were waiting for it to having in the original. They would do anything to make each other smile and they are the perfect definition of childhood best friend turned relationship which is adorable.

7. Sailor Uranus/Amara & Sailor Neptune/Michelle

One of the earliest lesbian couples in my life and most definitely one of my favorite. Their first priority is each other, no matter what they do and that is absolutely the way it should be, in my opinion.

8. Riza Hawkeye & Roy Mustang

Another Fullmetal couple that was never fully realized in the original series but definitely got it's hay day in Brotherhood. I think their story is really interesting and I love that Riza would do anything for Roy and she definitely does. While it may seem a bit one sided, if you watch closely enough, you can also see how much Roy also does for her and how much he cares for her.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

These powerful lyrics remind us how much good is inside each of us and that sometimes we are too blinded by our imperfections to see the other side of the coin, to see all of that good.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

The song was sent to me late in the middle of the night. I was still awake enough to plug in my headphones and listen to it immediately. I always did this when my best friend sent me songs, never wasting a moment. She had sent a message with this one too, telling me it reminded her so much of both of us and what we have each been through in the past couple of months.

Zodiac wheel with signs and symbols surrounding a central sun against a starry sky.

What's your sign? It's one of the first questions some of us are asked when approached by someone in a bar, at a party or even when having lunch with some of our friends. Astrology, for centuries, has been one of the largest phenomenons out there. There's a reason why many magazines and newspapers have a horoscope page, and there's also a reason why almost every bookstore or library has a section dedicated completely to astrology. Many of us could just be curious about why some of us act differently than others and whom we will get along with best, and others may just want to see if their sign does, in fact, match their personality.

Being a good person does not depend on your religion or status in life, your race or skin color, political views or culture. It depends on how good you treat others.

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
