1. If you don’t have anything nice to say don’t say anything at all. Dumbo may have had some massive ears, but look at him today, doing just fine.
2. Family is so valuable. Fights are inevitable between people who you spend so much time with, but they have your best interest at heart. Besides, “Ohana” means family and family means no one gets left behind or forgotten. – "Lilo and Stitch"
3. Be careful what you wish for, you just might get it all. Aladdin ran into a little trouble with his genie wishes. Also, we learn that it is always better to tell the truth, Jasmine is not happy when she learns that “Prince Ali” is not who she thought he was.
4. A woman can do anything a man can do. Many thanks to Mulan for showing us this valuable lesson at such a young age. Mulan is basically a badass and it’s awesome.
5. A little adventure never hurt anyone. It’s okay to step (literally) outside of your comfort zone and try something new. In "The Little Mermaid," Ariel shows us all how important it is to be accepting of different places and cultures. The best part of all is that even when she is exploring new worlds, she maintains her friendships from the sea with Flounder and Sebastian and even her father.
6. “Remember where you came from” is an important lesson to learn from Hercules. After the kid finally loses his clumsiness and figures out what to do with his unearthly muscular body and meets Phil, he gets a little big-headed with all the heroic admiration. When he finally remembers to be humble he is able to serve the gods and save his girl.
7. "The Lion King" can teach us so many valuable lessons, but you can really see some true friendship between the classic dynamic duo, Timon and Pumba. They also have a great sense of humor, which is always a wonderful quality. They know Simba for a short amount of time but they commit to helping him out against Scar by putting their lives on the line. Those are some true friends.
