1. Helen Anderson

A British professional blogger and vlogger, I watch her videos multiple times and never grow tired of them and, honestly, her fantastic purple hair inspired my own current color. Her content on her main channel focuses on beauty and fashion while her vlogging channel follows her daily life on a separate channel. The tone of all of her content is so laid back that it’s really a treat to watch. While her subscriber count rises, she doesn’t hesitate to totally be herself and keep a friendly, conversational style in her videos.

2. Kiera Rose

Another British vlogger, Kiera Rose’s content is beauty and fashion, but with a twist. She is a vegan and only buys cruelty-free and organic beauty products and she makes this a big part of her channel. She also shows vegan recipes, films her own artwork, and vlogs her daily life. She also is very open about her anxiety, which humanizes this YouTube community further and lets the viewer get to really know who they are watching.

3. Lily Melrose

Yet another British blogger and vlogger, Lily Melrose creates beauty and fashion videos and posts. She’s very calculated in what she is talking about, giving reason and smart conversation in her decisions. Really, the next time you go shopping for makeup or clothing, you’ll certainly have her tips and tricks in mind. Her style is totally out-of-the-box and her wardrobe is great inspiration for getting out of your own comfort zone.

4. Zoe London

Another British YouTuber, Zoe London is another beauty and fashion content creator. Much like Lily Melrose, her style is truly individual. Another aspect that is worthy of attention is her video editing. It’s clean cut and much higher quality that the average YouTuber. It’s easy to see that she takes extra time and care in the presentation of her content, not just the content. It’s truly a pleasure to watch. Also, I have dreams about having hair as fantastic as hers.

5. Rhiannon Ashlee

Yeah, another British YouTuber. While Rhiannon Ashlee has a main channel where she creates fashion and beauty videos, it is her daily vlogging channel that I, personally, recommend. She is a new mother living with her boyfriend, and watching her care for her daughter and go about her daily life, even watching the boring and menial tasks, is an enjoyment to watch. Plus, her daughter is the absolute cutest.

6. Sarah Hawkinson

The only American YouTuber on this list, Sarah Hawkinson focuses on, again, beauty and fashion, but also puts her interest and knowledge of psychology into her channel with frequent chats about mental illness and psychology topics. Viewers get the best of both worlds with beauty and fashion on one end and a sit-down chat about academic topics.

7. Emily Fisher aka Mermaid Gossip

We’ll just get it out of the way, her hair and nails are absolutely fantastic, and so is her content, of course. Very conversational and laid back, she combats all sorts of topics such as body confidence and being a “sweaty betty” while giving classic makeup and fashion tips and tricks.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

These powerful lyrics remind us how much good is inside each of us and that sometimes we are too blinded by our imperfections to see the other side of the coin, to see all of that good.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

The song was sent to me late in the middle of the night. I was still awake enough to plug in my headphones and listen to it immediately. I always did this when my best friend sent me songs, never wasting a moment. She had sent a message with this one too, telling me it reminded her so much of both of us and what we have each been through in the past couple of months.

Zodiac wheel with signs and symbols surrounding a central sun against a starry sky.

What's your sign? It's one of the first questions some of us are asked when approached by someone in a bar, at a party or even when having lunch with some of our friends. Astrology, for centuries, has been one of the largest phenomenons out there. There's a reason why many magazines and newspapers have a horoscope page, and there's also a reason why almost every bookstore or library has a section dedicated completely to astrology. Many of us could just be curious about why some of us act differently than others and whom we will get along with best, and others may just want to see if their sign does, in fact, match their personality.

Being a good person does not depend on your religion or status in life, your race or skin color, political views or culture. It depends on how good you treat others.

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
