Have you been looking for a new show to get absolutely hooked to? Check out these 7 amazing, yet underrated shows on Netflix. (In no specific order)

1. The 100

Drama. Romance. Fighting to survive in a new world you know nothing about. This show has a little bit of everything. It leaves you wondering what will happen next, and somewhere along the way you will find yourself extremely attached to the characters. If you haven't watched yet, give it a chance, you won't regret it.

2. Bloodline

I have to admit that this is by far one of the best, most underrated shows on Netflix. The plot thickens with each episode, and you can never guess what's about to happen next. You will be stunned by the dramatic twist this story reveals.

3. Stranger Things

If you haven't already watched, stop what you're doing and start now. The story line is very unique, led by a group of very talented young kids. Although there is only 1 season out at the moment, this would be the perfect time to catch up.

4. Wentworth

Some people would prefer not to watch a show whose characters have heavy accents, but this show is very much worth making an exception. It goes through the lives of a group of women who are sentenced to varying years in prison, who must find a way to cope with their harsh realities. It'll make you laugh, cry, angry, and you may even find yourself rooting, and sympathizing with the women. Consider using subtitles because this is something you don't want to miss.

5. Bates Motel

"Mother knows best." This show tells the fascinating, thrilling story of a mother and son who some would say are much too close for comfort. Each episode will leave you shocked and wanting to know more about the main characters.

6. Revenge

Betrayal. Resentment. Family Drama.. Snuggle up in a blanket and get sucked into the world of these fabulous, wealthy, yet devious elites. I will not give away too much, but this show is definitely worth watching. When you think you have it all figured out, you are hit with a dramatic twist of events.

7. The Magicians

This show is well-written, beautifully put together, with the perfect cast to top it off. You will not regret giving it a try.

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.

I was asked so many times why I wanted to go to a small school when a big university is so much better. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure a big university is great but I absolutely love going to a small school. I know that I miss out on big sporting events and having people actually know where it is. I can't even count how many times I've been asked where it is and I know they won't know so I just say "somewhere in the middle of Wisconsin." But, I get to know most people at my school and I know my professors very well. Not to mention, being able to walk to the other side of campus in 5 minutes at a casual walking pace. I am so happy I made the decision to go to school where I did. I love my school and these are just a few reasons why.
