7 Tips On How To Survive A Hurricane!

Recently, like many places, I had to experience the wrath of Hurricane Matthew. Though Hurricanes come annually, it is so often that a large portion of society forgets what to do when the storm comes to their area. Here are a few primary tips that can help one survive a hurricane.

1. The most important thing you must do is log onto Twitter, and look into relevant tags with people tweeting about their imminent doom as well. #FriendshipGoals.

2. Binge watch on Netflix all day. Who needs to stay updated on the storm and the safety of one's home. Pshhh, not me!

3. Carefully eat canned food? No! How about lock yourself in your room and eat the whole stash of junk food you bought from Walmart.

4. This is very essential.... SLEEP ALL DAY!!!

5. Pour yourself a glass of alcohol, this is KEY to your survival.

6. Make sure ALL of your technology is charged before the storm, otherwise it may die and as a result end up like Patrick's. #Ouch

7. DO NOT PANIC, it's not like a hurricane could cause harm to you or your home. Keep a level head and stay safe.

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.
