Summer is for relaxation, and to help you relax I have personally put together 7 playlists to help you do so. Each one was cultivated for optimum relaxation and enjoyment, so please do so.

Hip Hop Chill

Relax this summer with the chillest hip hop ever to be created. This playlist includes songs from a Tribe Called Quest, Biggie, 2pac, Nas and many more.

Rolling down the street or just hold up in your room, this playlist will keep you nice and upbeat in the hot summer sun.

Classic Rock Chill

Pop this playlist on and enjoy those Classic Rock Power chords that will get you through. These songs will keep on giving.

From the smooth sounds of the Eagles to the awesome power of Jimi Hendrix, this playlist never gets old. Also with spotify premium it is completely uninterrupted (which is really the only way to listen to music).

Don't forget to let loose and party on with this rock hard playlist anyone would enjoy.

Today's Hits Chill

Let Todays hits roll you straight to the beach with the smoothest sounds of today.

This playlist will definitely have you lost in sounds of parties and good times. Don't Forget to share these songs and maybe even make your own.

Post Malone's new album definitely helped this playlist out. His smooth soul carries from the depths to the heavens.

Indie Chill

Sit back and listen to these beautiful songs that make up the playlist to every emo kids life.

These songs were fun to listen to and I actually really enjoyed making it. My favorite song on this playlist was 'Yellow Brick Road' by Angus and Julia Stone.

I also had to include Death Cab For Cutie as they are the foremost authority on Indie music.

Please try and give this playlist the time of day as it is one that can truly change your day, or if not, you may find a new band you love!

Bluegrass Chill

Sit on the back porch and pour something strong.

Did someone say they wanted an hour of new Bluegrass music? No? Well I did it anyway so shove it.

You no longer have a choice. This playlist is the greatest thing of all time. I mean who can say no to a banjo?

Classic Country Chill

Get your Honky Tonk on with this mix of classic country music.

From Hank Williams to Alabama, there is something for everyone in this playlist though probably not so chill. This country is actually quite hot.

Jazz Chill

Bringing the smoke filled bar straight to your ears with this smooth list of the jazz greats.

Jazz is the king of chill as this playlist proves. Lee Morgan is the star of this list as he has albums full of this music.

I hope you enjoy and share these playlists as I'm sure you all will.

For as long as I can remember, I have been listening to The Beatles. Every year, my mom would appropriately blast “Birthday” on anyone’s birthday. I knew all of the words to “Back In The U.S.S.R” by the time I was 5 (Even though I had no idea what or where the U.S.S.R was). I grew up with John, Paul, George, and Ringo instead Justin, JC, Joey, Chris and Lance (I had to google N*SYNC to remember their names). The highlight of my short life was Paul McCartney in concert twice. I’m not someone to “fangirl” but those days I fangirled hard. The music of The Beatles has gotten me through everything. Their songs have brought me more joy, peace, and comfort. I can listen to them in any situation and find what I need. Here are the best lyrics from The Beatles for every and any occasion.

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.
