Many people often wonder what it takes to become Beyonce, and let me tell you, it’s not easy! Here are 10 steps to help you out.

1. Fierce

Being fierce is an understatement if you're Beyonce. You have to evoke being fierce; it's in your blood. Practice in front of the mirror. That always helps.

2. Selecting your Michelle and Kelly

This is very important when becoming an idol. You have to have your two main friends or "crew." So find your sassiest friends and run the world.

3. Your Hair

Beyonce takes great care of her hair, and so should you. If you've been blessed with naturally curly hair, give yourself a pat on the back - otherwise, buy a wand to spice up your do. Extensions? Go for it.

4. Find your Jay-Z

So, ladies, this could be harder than you think. Make sure he's red carpet-worthy. You're considered the power couple — own it! He's supposed to be your biggest supporter, so make sure he's worthy of your Queen presence.

5. Run Your Campus

Just like I said, run your campus this upcoming academic year. Live through her, start a nickname for yourself, and idolize her through everything you do. She taught us how to run the world a few years back, so be proud of your womanly ways.

6. BE THAT INDEPENDENT WOMAN

You are the BOSS. You own everything you do. Be that independent woman Beyonce has always taught us to be. Learn how to have your own Destiny's Child group, but when you want to be solo, go solo.

7. LASTLY, the Snap

The snap is a perfect way of knowing you're here and ready. Snapping is the sassiest part of becoming Beyonce. If you perfect this part, Beyonce will be very proud.

Confidence is the biggest piece of Mrs. Carter, and she shows it in every performance and interview. Teach yourself the ropes and get to performing.
