Do you ever just find yourself in the skin care aisle and you realize you have no clue what to buy, or what products work best for your skin? I have a list right here of all the skin care items I use, or have in the past, that you seriously need to get your hands on.

1. Formula 10.0.6 Best Face Forward Daily Foaming Cleanser

This product is one of my staple items for skin care. It smells so nice, and it cleans your skin and leaves it feeling soft and smooth.

Where can I buy it?: Ulta, Walgreens, or Meijer.

How much?: $5.99

Skin type: All

2. Mario Badescu Facial Spray

This is every beauty or skin care junkie's number one staple item. This spray does it all; it cools your skin, moisturizes, refreshes, tones, and even can set your makeup. I seriously recommend buying this as soon as possible.

Where can I buy this?: Ulta, Sephora, Nordstrom.

How much? $7.00

Skin type: All

3. Dickinson's Original Witch Hazel

This is a perfect toner to use after you wash your face. In case you didn't know, you should always use a toner to help maintain clear skin.

Where can I buy this?: Any drugstore.

How much?: $4

Skin type: All

4. Freeman Apple Cider Vinegar 4-in-1 Foaming Clay Mask

This stuff is amazing. I usually use this as a mask, but I also use it to exfoliate. It smells amazing, so that's a plus! It always leaves my skin feeling so nice and smooth.

Where can I buy this?: Ulta, or any drugstore.

How much?: About $5

Skin type: All

5. Clarisonic

This is the best, and most expensive, skin care item I own...and it is so worth it.

Where can I buy this?: Macy's, Ulta, or Sephora

How much?: Usually $100+, however there are cheaper facial brushes that won't make your wallet cry.

Skin type: All

6. Cetaphil Lotion and Cleanser

Cetaphil is a dry skin life-saver. I use both of these in the winter when my face is dryer than a desert.

Where can I buy this?: Any drugstore.

How much?: Usually $10 a bottle, but the bottles last months at a time.

Skin type: All/Dry.

7. Biore Warming Anti-Blackhead Cleanser

The best thing for your pores. If you're acne prone, this is the perfect cleanser for you.

Where can I buy this?: Any drugstore

How much? $6

Skin type: Acne prone / all

These are just a few of the many skin products out there, If you use these, you're almost guaranteed to have super soft and clear skin!

Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.

I was asked so many times why I wanted to go to a small school when a big university is so much better. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure a big university is great but I absolutely love going to a small school. I know that I miss out on big sporting events and having people actually know where it is. I can't even count how many times I've been asked where it is and I know they won't know so I just say "somewhere in the middle of Wisconsin." But, I get to know most people at my school and I know my professors very well. Not to mention, being able to walk to the other side of campus in 5 minutes at a casual walking pace. I am so happy I made the decision to go to school where I did. I love my school and these are just a few reasons why.
