"I'm too busy" is one of the most widely used sentences in the English language (I have no idea if that's true, but let's go with it). Some people just say it to get out of boring obligations, while others say it because it is a completely accurate statement regarding their lives. As the "busy girl" you live a life that not all people can understand. Some people even tell you that being busy isn't good for you and that you should slow down. But don't worry, I'm here to tell you the exact opposite. Here are seven reasons why the busy girl is the best girl to be:
1. You are extremely involved.
You become involved in anything and everything. Dance team, various clubs, honor societies, an internship and even a part-time job are only some of your daily activities. And don't forget studying and keeping up with schoolwork; after all A's are earned not given.
2. You make amazing friends and connections with a vast amount of people.
Having only one group of friends is a foreign concept to you. You have your dance friends, your work friends and your best friends.Your busy life has enabled you to make job and career connections as well as the best friendships.
3. You are excellent when it comes to time management.
Well...at least you try your best. With a full course load and all these extra activities, it's hard to have enough time to handle all your responsibilities, let alone have any free time. But you make it work and you get all of your work done on time. Go you!
4. You are extremely adaptable.
Despite the situation, you will shine at whatever it is you need to do. You are accustomed to taking on many different tasks. No matter what life throws at you, you can handle it!
5. There is never a dull moment.
There is always something going on and you are NEVER bored. What is being bored like you ask? I have no idea.
6. You are both dedicated and determined.
As the "busy girl," dedication and determination are two of your strongest traits. You give 100 percent to whatever you put your mind to, and you are always set out to be the best you can be.
7. You have a lot to be proud of.
Even though you may feel like you take on way too much, when you look back on your accomplishments you begin to beam with pride. You will never have to worry about not having enough to fill your resume with.
