There's something about that beer-covered floors and bathrooms without toilet paper that gives us a sense of comfort, making us a bar regular. Here are seven reasons we love bars.
1. There is a bar for every situation.
Whether you want to pregame, have a casual drink, or rage all night, there is a bar no matter who you are or what you like to do.
2. Unlike our kegs, the bar never runs out of alcohol.
Granted, the constant struggle of checking your bank account the next morning sucks; at least the options are endless!
3. It's socially acceptable to roll squad deep.
Where else is it normal to show up with ten of your closest friends?
4. We get the chance to make new friends we'll never see again, in the bathroom.
The amount of intoxicated heart-to-hearts we've all had in a bathroom is ridiculous. Can't say I hate it though.
5. We run into friends that we probably see every day and it's like a reunion.
Just please do us all a favor and don't scream.
6. They can be educational.
If you go to a bar that's outside of your comfort zone, you could learn some awesome things; for example, line dancing!
7. You can be yourself.
If you fall or do something unforgivably stupid, a majority of the people around you won't even remember it the next day.
Talking about the reasons we love bars can make us out to be alcoholics, but it's not only the drinks they serve, but the atmosphere that makes going out on the town that much better.
