The man. The myth. The legend. Chancellor Jonathan Bennet, AKA Chance the Rapper, is a force to be reckoned with both musically and politically. Not only does this man have rhymes, he also has an immense love for people and his hometown community of Chicago.

His music touches people on a personal level, and his fight to solve injustices in the world make him a role model for many of his fans. Here are a few other reasons that Chance the Rapper is one of the best in the music business and the world.

1. He’s an independent artist, free of a record deal.

This is not due to lack of desire from recording companies wanting Chance. Since he blew up on SoundCloud, companies have been begging to get Chance on their team, but Chance won't even hear it.

With the absence of a record deal, Chance is allowed to have control over his content. He chooses his own actions, and he stands as an example and role model for any independent musician looking for the same success without a binding contract.

2. His music can either pump you up or put you in your feels.

Have you heard “No Problem” yet? What about his feature on Cardi B's "Best Life"? That song will get you through the hardest workout and give you the energy to spare.

“Favorite song” will have you jamming in Abercrombie once your work is finished! However, if you are looking for some heartfelt songs that will give you a one-way ticket into your feels, “Same Drugs” and “Juke Jam” will send you there first class.

3. He’s Daddy, literally.

Go to Chance’s Instagram right now and try to tell me that Chance and his daughter Kensli aren’t the cutest. That’s right. You can’t. Anybody that keeps up with Chance knows that his number one fan is his daughter and that that love goes both ways.

Even though he can’t always be there, Chance is a great father who tries his best to make Kensli happy.

Also, he's a very attractive man that could definitely be my baby daddy if he wanted.

4. All of his music is free!

Yes, you heard that right. Every Chance song is FREE, whether it’s on SoundCloud, Spotify, or any other streaming service. Chance makes his money through touring and other services such as meet and greets. Again, this allows Chance the freedom to do what he wants to do with his career.

5. He works hard to change the Chicago injustices

If you know anything about Chance, you know he is an amazing artist and his love for Chicago is monumental. Through his songs and through his actions, Chance is opening the eyes of the public to the injustices that citizens in Chicago's face.

He works hard to give back to the community he was raised in and fight back against the wrongdoings of corrupt organizations. Some of the issues he is very passionate about are the public school systems and police brutality.

6. His tribute to Muhammad Ali

Have you ever heard this tribute to Muhammad Ali? If not, you are truly missing out. Not only is this a beautiful, breathtaking piece but it is also a wonderful tribute to a great leader in the sports community. Chance does a wonderful job at capturing the attention of millions and shedding light on the impact of Ali.

Finally, listening to Chance the Rapper will always put you in a good mood honestly. Whether it’s a feature or his own content, he will always hype you up or put a smile on your face.

He just has a certain sound about him that just gives you a good feeling, and the way that he carries himself through life is admirable.

These powerful lyrics remind us how much good is inside each of us and that sometimes we are too blinded by our imperfections to see the other side of the coin, to see all of that good.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

The song was sent to me late in the middle of the night. I was still awake enough to plug in my headphones and listen to it immediately. I always did this when my best friend sent me songs, never wasting a moment. She had sent a message with this one too, telling me it reminded her so much of both of us and what we have each been through in the past couple of months.

Zodiac wheel with signs and symbols surrounding a central sun against a starry sky.

What's your sign? It's one of the first questions some of us are asked when approached by someone in a bar, at a party or even when having lunch with some of our friends. Astrology, for centuries, has been one of the largest phenomenons out there. There's a reason why many magazines and newspapers have a horoscope page, and there's also a reason why almost every bookstore or library has a section dedicated completely to astrology. Many of us could just be curious about why some of us act differently than others and whom we will get along with best, and others may just want to see if their sign does, in fact, match their personality.

Being a good person does not depend on your religion or status in life, your race or skin color, political views or culture. It depends on how good you treat others.

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
