7 Bravo Shows That Need to Be Brought Back
Bravo

Ask anyone who knows me and they will tell you I am a huge Bravo TV fan. You name the show and chances are, I've seen it. Real Housewives, Ladies of London, Below Deck, Vanderpump Rules - the list of my favorites goes on and on. But over the years, reality shows have come and gone on the network. While some of them should not have been aired at all, there are many that need to be brought back. Here is my list of Bravo shows that myself and fans everywhere need back in our lives.

1. Queer Eye for the Straight Guy

In my opinion, Queer Eye is the show that really put Bravo on the map for great reality TV. If you have never seen this show, find a way to watch some reruns because it is pure gold! Each of the Fab Five is hysterical and their makeovers are amazing. Keep a box of tissues nearby when you are watching, the engagement episodes are real tear jerkers.

2. NYC Prep

This show is the definition of ridiculous reality television. Basically a real life version of Gossip Girl, Bravo's description of the show says it all. "NYC Prep chronicles the lives of a group of privileged teenagers who are key players in Manhattan's elite high school scene. Students who travel in packs – whether it's on sophisticated vacations or to a townhouse for an exclusive midnight party, their lives intertwine as they network, shop, party, study, date and write college applications. Everyone's beautiful and everyone's connected." Who wouldn't want to watch a new season of that?

3. The Rachel Zoe Project

A piece of me died when this show was canceled. Her "Zoeisms", high profile celebrity clients, and behind the scenes looks into Hollywood's events; all made this show so great. It was this show that made me realize a career in fashion was a reality and not just a dream. Now that Rachel Zoe is making a name for herself as a designer and has two little boys, the show should definitely be brought back.

4. Tabatha Takes Over

"My name is Tabatha, and I am taking over" It was mind boggling to see some of the horrible hair salons, bars and restaurants that were featured on this show. Tabatha was the perfect force to combat the craziness that was always present in these businesses. Lucky for us Bravo always has Tabatha marathons, but some new episodes are long overdue.

5. It's a Brad Brad World

We first met Brad Goreski on The Rachel Zoe Project when he worked as Zoe's assistant. His spinoff series showed him working on his own as a stylist now Rachel Zoe's competition. Goreski's eccentric style and hilarious fiancee made the show interesting. Today, he's still a top stylist and is working on reviving C.Wonder.

6. The Real Housewives of DC

This show caught national attention when cast members Michaele and Tareq Salahi crashed the 2009 White House State Dinner. I honestly do not remember anything about the other housewives but the Salahi's are reason enough to bring the show back.

7. Dukes of Melrose

Christos Garkinos (left) and Cameron Silver (right) own the lavish vintage store Decades in Los Angeles. These two are characters in their own right and know all there is to know about vintage fashion. This show was both educational and entertaining, and should definitely be brought back.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

These powerful lyrics remind us how much good is inside each of us and that sometimes we are too blinded by our imperfections to see the other side of the coin, to see all of that good.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

The song was sent to me late in the middle of the night. I was still awake enough to plug in my headphones and listen to it immediately. I always did this when my best friend sent me songs, never wasting a moment. She had sent a message with this one too, telling me it reminded her so much of both of us and what we have each been through in the past couple of months.

What's your sign? It's one of the first questions some of us are asked when approached by someone in a bar, at a party or even when having lunch with some of our friends. Astrology, for centuries, has been one of the largest phenomenons out there. There's a reason why many magazines and newspapers have a horoscope page, and there's also a reason why almost every bookstore or library has a section dedicated completely to astrology. Many of us could just be curious about why some of us act differently than others and whom we will get along with best, and others may just want to see if their sign does, in fact, match their personality.

Being a good person does not depend on your religion or status in life, your race or skin color, political views or culture. It depends on how good you treat others.

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
