6 Ways To Make A Girl's Day Better

We all have those weeks where we feel as if the world is crumbling around us and there is nothing that anyone can do to fix it. Sometimes all you want is to curl up in your significant other's arms and forget about all the issues in life. That can be difficult when that person is miles away. Also, if they do not know how they can make you feel better since they are miles away that can make things even more frustrating. This article is for the purpose of dropping those oh so subtle hints to them.

1. Send flowers

Find out what her favorite flowers are and just randomly send them to her just to brighten her day.

2. Send a text about how proud you are of them

3. Send them a care package full of their favorite snacks

4. Give them something to look forward to when they come home

Whether someone labels me as Korean or Argentine or American, that will never change my experiences as a Spanish speaker, immigrant, child of divorced parents, Californian, college graduate (Go Bears!), omnivore, writer, or any other label I choose for myself.

October Is Overrated, Let's Just Accept This Fact

I have never liked the month of October. I like the fall weather and the beginning of wearing sweaters in the crisp fall air, but I never associated this with the month of October.
