Oh, "Hart of Dixie"—the show that gives you a peek into the scandalous lives of small town Alabamans. The show where the adults act more like conniving teenagers than the actual teenagers, and nobody seems to have any respect for people's professional lives. The show where the accents are thick and most of the "Southern phrases" make absolutely no sense. In all honesty, I started watching "Hart of Dixie" because I thought the accents were funny. I thought the plot was a little unlikely and found the town of Bluebell to be completely unrealistic, but I was looking for a bit of harmless entertainment. Yet, through all the weird phrases and insane plot lines, I actually found myself relating to the show. Somehow, it felt like the characters were speaking directly to me, offering me advice and words of encouragement. Here are six times "Hart of Dixie" said exactly what I needed to hear.
When you take a look at all of your homework, just remind yourself.
Yes, you will be able to do it all. Just take it one step at a time.
When you are unhappy with where your life is going.
You only have two choices for happiness.
When others start to question your actions.
In the end, only you can choose what you do with your life.
When you just need a little reminder to believe in yourself.
But just remember, sometimes it is not meant to be.
When all you want to do is lock yourself in your room and avoid all human contact
Keeping your feelings locked up just makes it more likely for them to build into a total breakdown.
When you meet someone for the first time, and red flags start popping up.
Doesn't like "Hart of Dixie"? Run.
