1. Lemaitre. Not many people know of this Norwegian Duo, but give them a listen on Spotify. Not too well-known, yet, but that's how nearly everyone starts off. The music produced is often described as Indie-Electronic.
2. Vanilla almond milk. Convincing you to completely change your diet isn't what I'm trying to do. I promise it doesn't hurt to give almond milk a try. Let me be slightly more specific on this one; it doesn't hurt to give vanilla almond milk a try. It used to be the biggest challenge getting me to drink regular almond milk, then one day, vanilla almond milk was introduced into my life, and it has never been the same. It's an amazing alternative for milk.
3. Spotify Premium. I didn't get into Spotify Premium until this past summer. There was an offer of the first three months for about a dollar, plus, one of my closest friends really enjoyed it, and he convinced me to try it out. I heard playlists of all sorts could be made, songs can be saved onto your phone without using data, and you can find a variety of new music with premium. It wasn't until I tried the three-month trial that I realized this app would be one I'd never delete off of my phone for more storage. It's the last app I'd delete off of my phone, temporarily or permanently. Try it out! You might fall in love with it just as much as I have.
4. Planners. They honestly do help. I've learned how to better manage my time, and that's a characteristic you don't want to learn later on in life. It's better to know now how to manage your time. There are the alternatives such as: hand-written notes, calendar apps, and maybe you're lucky because you don't forget much so you've already got managing your time down.
5. Be nice to cops. I didn't think I had to mention this one, but I do. How about try being nice to everyone? Anyone who has authority over you can do what they want, and I'm not saying you'll go home without a ticket, but no one is going to challenge that being rude will get you any closer to not getting in trouble.
6. It's okay to be yourself. Laughing at myself when everyone thinks it's odd, being funny at times that aren't exactly appropriate, crying because the smallest things bring me joy, and having the ability to forgive anyone who's done me wrong are all things not everyone is going to understand. Being your own anomaly is all right.
