1. Going to a school with strong traditions makes it all a little better.
The most well-known part of Texas A&M is tradition, including; the Aggie Muster, Midnight Yell, throwing Yell Leaders in the fountain after a football win, and on goes the list. I learned that participating in the traditions gave me a sense of home and community even in the middle of first-year chaos.
2. Don't step on the grass.
You heard me. Don't do it. Just don't do it.
3. When the bus says it leaves your stop at a certain time. Don't doubt it.
If the bus schedule says 7:51, automatically assume it really means 7:49. Oh, and yes the bus will save you even if you're running full speed to it
4. If you see Reveille and don't get a little emotional you're not an Aggie.
Need I say more about the most beautiful pup in the world?
5. Torchy's doesn't have anything on "fuego".
Yeah, that's right Torchy's, you're taking an L for this one.
6. No matter what you hear, it really is the greatest university on earth.
I really can't think of anything I'd rather be than an Aggie.
