What I learned this semester so far is that life can throw some curve balls and sometimes it can be a steady straight line. I have learned a lot last semester but just finishing half way through the second, I even learned a lot more about myself and realizing what I love with my heart and things that just wont work with me anymore.
1. Stick with your morals
Don't let something that makes you uncomfortable stick with you. If you do not like that environment, it's okay to leave. You may cry for a week, feel guilty about leaving when you met such amazing people but you have to do what you feel is best.
2. Take every opportunity you get!
3. STUDY even harder than before
You may have had a phenomenal semester before, it does not mean it's going to happen if you think you can do it. It's okay to struggle and ask for help.
4. Spend every moment with good people around you
Don't be with people who have too much negativity around you. If you stick with them, it rubs off. It's going to suck to leave them but you have too. Spend time with your friends, not toxic friends5. Be proud of yourself
It's okay to feel great about your accomplishments. Someone recognized you, and do not feel just because you are shy and do not want anyone to know you did something out of your own heart and goodwill, does not mean you cannot accept it.
6. Do not be afraid to be outgoing
You may have been resenting to try something new, but do not think because you did not speak up last semester does not mean you have to be the same person. Do not be shy of saying hi to that cutie next you in class, JUST GO FOR IT!
Even though, I have 7 more weeks left in the semester doesn't mean I am going to stay the same person. College is a time and place were you find your own self and encounter many paths of the unknown. Do not sweat the small things, go for it!
