As Disneyland is one of the best attractions around, most of us can relate to the many stages of Disney adventures. If you can't, I hope you read this and get even more excited for your first Disney experience! Enjoy waking up early for potentially the first time ever, crying tears of joy, learning to walk with a plan and successfully completing your personal missions! Enjoy the food and the incredibly fun atmosphere with your friends and take lots of pictures!

1. Early birds

You know you are excited for Disneyland when you are out of bed before 6 a.m. and you aren't even complaining. I mean, that rarely happens to anyone but if it is for a day at the happiest place on earth, there will be no problem! The early birds will for sure get the worm on this adventure; they are the first ones to the rides and only wait 20-minutes for Space Mountain instead of 2 and a half hours later in the day.

2. Tears of joy

You know you're excited for Disneyland when, as an 18-year-old, you cry after meeting your favorite Disney character! Not to mention the tears building up in many people's eyes as they enter the park-- whether it's the first time or the seventh time, it is just so magical!

3. Walk with a purpose

Disneyland is not just a stroll in the park. In order to complete all your favorite rides and attractions, you MUST walk with a purpose. There is no such thing as a leisurely stroll when there is a mission to be completed.

4. Food *insert heart eyes*

From the ice cream to the churros Disney food matches the magical experience. After a long day of walking, dole whip or a Mickey Mouse caramel apple is the perfect treat!

5. Pictures

This is not just an amusement park, but the picture perfect scene! You will most likely find a picture on your Instagram of your friends at the castle, by the Walt Disney statue or down Main Street with the pretty lights at night!

6. Disney shops

There's never a dull moment in the land of Disney memorabilia! From the Mickey Mouse ears to the sweatshirts, there is something for every child and the child in every adult.

7. Parade thrill

It's almost time for the park to close, but Disney will always go out with a bang! Plus, if you're there on the weekend you even get fireworks but, with two parade times it gives you more time on the rides with less line time!

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.

Top 10 Reasons My School Rocks!

Why I Chose a Small School Over a Big University.

I was asked so many times why I wanted to go to a small school when a big university is so much better. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure a big university is great but I absolutely love going to a small school. I know that I miss out on big sporting events and having people actually know where it is. I can't even count how many times I've been asked where it is and I know they won't know so I just say "somewhere in the middle of Wisconsin." But, I get to know most people at my school and I know my professors very well. Not to mention, being able to walk to the other side of campus in 5 minutes at a casual walking pace. I am so happy I made the decision to go to school where I did. I love my school and these are just a few reasons why.
