From hacks on why you should eat more Avocados to the possible reason our hair falls out. Here are 6 life hacks that everyone should know

1) Don't use your phone before bed

Cell phone radiation has been proven to cause insomnia and prevent you from sleeping

2) If you believed in Santa for 7 years

I know you can believe in yourself for 5 seconds!

3) Sandwich for lunch?

Wrap your sandwich in a paper towel than place in it a plastic bag to prevent it from getting soggy

4) Eating guacamole can make you happy!

Avocados hep boost serotonin, so get that extra guac!!

5) Overthinking can actually cause hair loss

That explains it
