As the holiday season is in full swing so are the endless family parties. These sometimes dreadful gatherings include seeing those relatives that you only have to see once a year. These family members usually include those you can't wait to see every year and those you could maybe go without seeing.

1. The aunt that always slips you a $20

No matter what the occasion, there's always that one aunt that is willing to slip you an extra $20 (after you refuse several times) in order for you to treat yourself this holiday season. "Spend it on yourself."

2. The uncle that always has a little too much to drink

After a few too many beers and some ranting, your uncle usually passes out on the couch and snores for the rest of the night.

3. The annoying little cousin that instagrams too much

Since when do 10 year olds have iphones? They all do now and they're determined to capture every moment of their day and share it with all of their followers (including all of the bad pictures they've taken of you without you knowing).

4. Those cousins you call cousins although you're not really sure how you're related

You greet them with a hug and kiss, but you're not positive of their name and curious as to how they know yours. But i mean hey, they always give you a gift card so you can't really complain right?

5. The grandma that asks too many questions

"How's school? Are you getting good grades? Do you have a boyfriend?" Good, good, and no. Now can we just enjoy this Christmas meal without playing 20 questions?

6. The creepy family friend that isn't actually related to anyone

No they may not be related, but they'll try their hardest to fit in with gang.

Good or bad, you only have to put up with seeing these relatives once a year. Best of luck to everyone!
