This town is the playground for the rich and famous but the authentic mountain town goes far beyond all of the glitz and glam. Welcome to the mile high city folks! This urban city has so much to offer. Only a few hours away from the best ski resorts in the nation, how could you not love this Rocky Mountain city! The state's capitol overlooks downtown and the beautiful architectural sky scrapers. The nightlife is always poppin' and the culinary eateries are top notch! Not to mention, if you are a lover of sports, there is always a professional team you can cheer on, whether it's football, baseball, basketball, and hockey. 6. Boulder
And, of course, last but not least, Boulder, Colorado! Where do I even begin, this magical place is basically the center of the universe. Tucked into the foothills below a rock formation known as The Flatirons how could you not want to be here all year round!? This university town has so much to offer from nightlife to outdoor recreation. Here in Boulder you can find 45,000 acres designated for hiking, mountain biking, kayaking, and even rafting down the Boulder Creek.
