Oh, how these videos have helped me. These #5MFU
#5MFU (in no ranking order)
1. Jealousy:
A common problem that most people deal with (sigh). Ingrid takes a humorous approach to the topic, but also makes you think about habits that you exhibit in your life: are you a healthy or unhealthy jealous, is it only in romantic relationships you feel this way or friendships? These questions made me think deeply about my jealous inner minion that lives inside of me and check myself.
2. Passive Aggressiveness:
Boy does this resonate. I really can't say that I am not passive aggressive, no matter how much I wish I wasn't. Ingrid is one of the lucky ones who doesn't feel passive aggressive but instead explain the frustration of being the responder to passive aggressive people. Nah, she isn't perfect all the time, so she gives great tips about how to move past this passive aggressive way of communication, and explains in a clear way why this is not the best way to express yourself.
3. Enemies:
Gosh I wish I had this in Middle School. Enemies or just peope you don't like come up in college, work and even mommy and me classes. Here are some great tips on how to not let them ruin your day, cause seriously why should they?
4. FOMO:
Fear of missing out, a classic college problem. Do I go out even though I am sick or have mono, strep, norovirus. I have a huge paper, but three frats are open. Ugh the misery of FOMO. Its a hard disease to get over. But Ingrid's got you covered.
5. Success:
We all define it differently. In college with abroad, boyfriends, sororities, extracurricular actvies, a good GPA, internships it is hard to understand what you really want versious what the people around you expect or make you think you want. Try to re-evaluate what success means to you, it could be suprising.
If none of these tickled your fancy, don't worry she has a ton more!
