Hey Upper East siders, Gossip Girl here. Your one and only source into the scandalous lives of Manhattans elite.

Can you believe it's been ten years since I first got the breaking news that Serena van der Woodsen was back in New York after going away to boarding school? My how times have changed. Who would've thought that first episode would lead to so many secrets, lies, betrayals, and a whole bunch of glamour, glitz and parties.

These Upper East siders may be all grown up and moved on from their past lives, but lets not forget where they started. After ten years, it's time we go back to the very beginning. And boy, did I have a lot of thoughts, 52 to be exact.

1. Wow, that song ("Young Folks") they play at the beginning is so old.

2. How did I never realize until almost halfway through the series that was Kristen Bell doing Gossip Girls voice?

3. Those phones look ancient

4. Who let Rufus get away with wearing a choker?

5. Someone get rid of those terrible sideburns on Dan

6. How could Gossip Girl be Dan all along? Why him?!

7. Those phones, those phones, those phones

8. Margaret Colin was definitely a better choice to play Blair's mom.

9. Those sideburns need to go Nate

10. Nate's dad was such a jerk

11. Who let them get away with drinking alcohol while underage?

12. This music is what they used to play during my middle school dances.

13. Nate and Blair were such an odd couple

14. Who dresses so scandalous like that in high school?

15. How does Blair's hair look so good after rolling around in bed with Nate?

16. Blair was so good at playing the B*tch.

17. Poor Eric

18. They let us know it was Dan who was Gossip Girl right from the beginning

19. Seriously Rufus, take off the choker!!

20. Why were Nate and Chuck riding a city bus? Don't they have limos?

21. How are they allowed to change up their school uniforms like that?

22. Wow, Jenny was so desperate to get Blair to like her

23. They made some scenes so dramatic

24. Myspace?!?

25. Just the look of that Bendels store makes my wallet hurt

26. How are they able to smoke weed in a public place without getting in trouble?

27. Why couldn't Nate and Serena just tell Blair about what happened between them right away instead of holding in all this tension?

28. God, Chuck was such a manwhore.

29. Seriously, who lets them get away with drinking?!

30. Jenny always wanted Dan and Serena to end up together, how cute.

31. How did Nate and Serena not think they wouldn't get caught?

32. I hate how Nate's dad made him be with Blair when he didn't want to and didn't listen to him.

33. Nate's dad basically uses him to get what he wants to help his business.

34. Serena and Dan's first exchange at the hotel was so awkward and cute

35. If I were Blair I wouldn't have forgiven Nate for cheating on her

36. Rufus and Lily were always meant to be together

37. They live such extravagant lives

38. Dan, that scarf needs to go

39. The Kiss on the Lips party was better than both of my proms

40. Old music, old music, old music

41. Jenny, those shoes, no

42. Chuck was so manipulative

43. Poor Jenny was so naive

44. Who brings someone to meet their parents on the first date??

45. Chuck should've let Jenny leave

46. So scary how fast rumors can spread

47. Even ten years later, some things never change

48. Chuck sexually assaulted Jenny, WHY ARE WE NOT TALKING ABOUT THIS?!?

49. Poor Jenny

50. Good for Dan for helping Jenny out

51. Despite their terrible character traits, Chuck and Blair were the best couple.

52. SERIOUSLY, WHY WOULD THEY LET DAN BE GOSSIP GIRL!?!?

That's all from me, happy reminiscing. And who am I? Well, that's a secret you already know.

You know you love me,

XOXO Gossip Girl

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.

I was asked so many times why I wanted to go to a small school when a big university is so much better. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure a big university is great but I absolutely love going to a small school. I know that I miss out on big sporting events and having people actually know where it is. I can't even count how many times I've been asked where it is and I know they won't know so I just say "somewhere in the middle of Wisconsin." But, I get to know most people at my school and I know my professors very well. Not to mention, being able to walk to the other side of campus in 5 minutes at a casual walking pace. I am so happy I made the decision to go to school where I did. I love my school and these are just a few reasons why.
