We love the holidays, but we also know that they can be a little much. My family can be a handful sometimes, so I know that the Tylenol (or anything that cures a headache) needs to be readily available. This is something commonly uttered in my family without social media being a factor, but hey, if the opportunity presents itself!

This has to be one of the most wholesome Christmas movies in existence. It speaks to more than just believing in Santa Claus, but in faith and one's self.

A lot of times, we forget the true meaning of Christmas. We might get a little greedy sometimes, whether it be the amount of presents or the amount behind the dollar sign, but what's most important is the people that join you around the tree during the most wonderful time of the year.

A lot of times, I see and hear people say that they're not in a very "Christmas-y" mood. Other times, people start celebrating the day after Thanksgiving - some even before Thanksgiving, but we'll ignore that. The holiday season, Christmas, is only as cheerful and "Christmas-y" as you make it out to be.

This can be used for a heartfelt thank-you after overcoming hardships, whether it be personal, school related, COVID-19 related, etc. In a society that's trying to exude positivity, there doesn't seem to be a lot of genuine support systems. So whoever might have believed in you when no one else did, thank them.

"I'm dreaming of a white Christmas." - White Christmas

This has to be one of the most cliche', but perfect if you're in a state that can provide a white Christmas.

As an honorable mention, "walking in a winter wonderland" as well.

Do you know a Scrooge? Are you the Scrooge? Well even Ebenezer managed to experience joy and the miracle of Christmas. Maybe this year can be your opportunity to de-Scrooge and leave a wholesome message that will pull on your followers' heartstrings.

There's such a wide array of possibilities for this one, but the prime choices are believing in Santa, having faith in something bigger than you, or the unmatched cheer that comes with the holiday season.

I mean, this is just a classic for almost any scenario and time of year.

First of all, yes, Die Hard is a Christmas movie. Second, sometimes Christmas can be interesting, especially with particular family members, and you just can't help but wonder how they celebrate the New Year.

The Polar Express has so many life lessons that apply in a year 'round context more than a Christmas one. Therefore, this quote can be used as inspiration and that little push that you might need before making a big decision or life change.

Despite any hectic happenings during Christmas or the entirety of the holiday season, there's always that one family member that wants everything to go according to plan regardless of how many things have already gone wrong - @ basically every mom.
