- Hamel Rec Center: The Hamel Rec Center at UNH offers yoga classes every week as part of their group exercise schedule. Currently, they are offering a yoga class 5 times a week. They also offer different types of yoga including Vinyasa, Hatha, and Sunrise Yoga as well as Yoga Flow.
- Bikram Yoga Durham: This yoga facility is located right outside of the UNH campus on Madbury Road. They offer Bikram yoga, which is a form of hot yoga that combines 26 Hatha Yoga poses and two breathing exercises. They offer deals to students and even let you try a free class if you live on campus!
- 3 Bridges Yoga: This yoga facility is also located just outside of the UNH campus on Main Street. They offer Vinyasa yoga as well as beginner yoga. They offer a huge discount to students as well.
- Newmarket Mills Yoga: This yoga studio is a little bit farther away from campus, but still close, located in Newmarket. They offer seven different types of classes for all levels of experience. They also offer a special discount for college students.
- Symmetry Yoga Studio: This yoga studio is located about five miles from the UNH campus in Lee, NH. They offer 11 different types of yoga from beginner to advanced and even a class specifically for businesses and their employees! They offer a 50% discount for students.
