2. Cobra Pose

Method -

  • So, First of all, you need to lie down on your stomach.
  • After that, move the upper part of your body with a long breath like head, neck, chest upwards shoulders, and, as shown in the picture.
  • Stay in this pose for 20-30 seconds.
  • After that, repeat this asana 4-5 times.

3. Butterfly Pose

Method -

  • First, spread a carpet on the ground below and sit straight.
  • After that, add the parts under both your feet by bringing them closer in front.
  • After that, try to hold under the joined place of both the legs like in the picture.
  • After that, move your feet first like the wings of a butterfly.
  • You can also do this asana at a fast pace.

4. Fish Pose

Method

  • This is also an easy yoga posture for beginners.
  • First of all, sit down straight.
  • After doing this, bend your left leg and touch the right side behind you. Look at the photo to understand.
  • After that, you must keep your right foot by taking it next to your left foot. Your right foot must touch the ground on the next side.
  • After that, stretch or pull your body in the opposite. The direction the bent leg side and try to touch the leg on the next side from behind.
  • Stay in this pose for 20-30 seconds. After that, repeat these yoga poses in the next direction also.

5.Frog Pose

Method

  • First of all, bend your legs backward as done. In the picture and sit straight with both your hands in your thighs.
  • After that, while exhaling slowly, connect your chest with the knees.
  • After that, you can keep your hands straight in the front and keep them behind.
  • After that, breathe slowly and stay in that posture for 2-3 minutes.
  • Repeat this yoga 5-10 times.
