OK, ladies, or even gents. We all have our vices. Whether it be fixing up our cars or some kind of hobby, we all know what it means to have something in our lives that we CANNOT. LIVE. WITHOUT. Well, I'll admit it: mine is makeup. And if it's yours too, you'll definitely recognize the following to be true.

1. The lengths you’re willing to go to get the newest product has no bounds.

We've all done it. Stayed up until 3 a.m. on multiple nights to get our hands and spend our money on that new palette, or *gasp* the latest highlight that just launched. Y'all feel me? Thought so. And there is ~No GrEaTeR fEeLiNg~ than when you get you get the "Payment Confirmation" email. Can I get an amen? *insert praise emoji*

2. No matter where you are, you’re always checking to see how close you are to the nearest Sephora or Ulta.

Makeup junkies know what it feels like to be on vacay, gettin' some sun, and have a pit of anxiety when they're looking at the "new arrivals" section on Sephora, and Lolita by Kat Von D, or (heaven forbid) A RESTOCK OF THE TOO FACED PEACH PALETTE, or a GORG new Mac glitter pigment appears. You will literally knock down every door, push through every obstacle keeping you from that beautiful new addition to your collection. That's real love, ppl.

3. You get more emails from brands letting you know about the latest products than you do from your college professors.

Sigma, Morphe, Tarte, Too Faced, the list goes on and on and on... But, alas, you can't help but open every. single. one. Oh, Tarte just came out with a new lippie paint formula? Colourpop has free shipping today? Don't mind if I do.

4. Samples are life.

Why do we keep spending money on makeup, you may ask? Well, more makeup means more points. More points mean more samples. And samples are an example of everything good in life. ~tHe EnD~

5. There is no one on this planet who could convince you that you “don’t need” that new lippie, palette, or highlight.

And if there is anyone that tries to tell you that you "don't need all that makeup," you just keep on fleeking that eyebrow and slaying that highlight to the heavens. You don't need that kind of negativity in your life.
