1. Protest of any hate crime/act of inequality
Pretty self explanatory
2. Freedom of Speech
The right to protest any unjust law is our right as a whole--don't forget that
3. Public Indecency
I'm not talking about being a creep at the park--but I'd for sure go topless at the beach because let's be honest, Free the Nipples
4. Disrupting the Peace
I think everyone knows this is something police will arrest you for when they have nothing else to arrest you for. So, for this article's purpose, let's say I was filming a traffic stop of a black man and a white cop, because we all know how that can go down. (BTW- in New Hampshire we have every right to film, however, when the police ask you, "Why are you filming?", you must state a reason. It can be any reason, but by law, we must state a reason). Don't let them take your phone, you have every right to document!
5. The act of peaceful protest/nonviolent assembly
Just so I can say the police pepper sprayed me at a sit in for a BLM movement--or anything else prevelently unjust in our world right now.
