5 Reasons To Love Faster Horses
Faster Horses

Faster Horses is so much more than a music festival, it's 3-day weekend full of fun, good music, and amazing people. Its one of those events that everybody looks forward too, saves up for, and craves all year long. If you go once, you'll be addicted and need to go every year, and I can almost guarantee it.

1) Getting to meet so many amazing people in just 3 days

In the short three days you're here, you're guaranteed to meet thousands of people that will impact your whole weekend with positivity; that guy that made you shotgun a beer with him, is now your friend on Facebook & you're planning your campsites next to each other for the next summer.

2) It's a weekend with no cares

Us “rednecks” are some of the least judgmental people in the world. You can wear whatever you want, drink whatever you want, and do whatever you want and nobody is there to judge, were all there to have fun, and thats exactly what were all doing

3) Everybody is welcome!

No matter who you are, you're going to be welcomed into the faster horses community, no matter your age, gender, or if you even like country music, were all one big happy family!

4) The music is easily a 10/10

Of course, the music is why we came! Faster Horses never fails to impress their customers with the line up each year. Every single year, they kill the line up with the most amazing country artists that exist in our day.

5) Minimal food, minimal showers, unlimited beer

While at faster horses, the amount of beer that will be given to you will be absurd. People pass it out like its candy, & you never turn down an untouched, unopened beer!

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.
