We find ourselves constantly judging others and ourselves based on social media profiles or because we're jealous of what somebody else is doing. But if you learn to be yourself and love yourself, you'll find that you'll be judging less, accepting more, and living a life that you love. Here are five simple reasons you should learn to love yourself:

While it may be a challenge at first, it's important to take small steps towards loving yourself.
