Moms are great, they really are. I got the blessing of an AMAZING mom! Here is just 5 reasons Moms are the greatest people on the planet:
1. They Know Everything.
Every time I don’t know how to do something, I turn to my mom. It seems like she knows every Life-Hack there is to know and more. When I first moved to college I didn’t know how to do ANYTHING. Thank god for my mom, or I would still be figuring it out.
2. They Love You Unconditionally.
No matter what you do, what you say, they will always love you. I know I can be a brat, and moody, but my mom still loves me. (It might just be because she has to, but let’s keep this sweet). Seriously as many times as I’ve went to the store and brought back the wrong thing, she still loves me.
3. They are Super Moms.
They can do absolutely everything. It is like they have superpowers or something. They do everything to make sure their children have everything they ever want, and still make their school functions on time. My mom can balance, a job, raising three kids (one is a 5 year one, yikes, right?), and still finding time for her nap. Heck, I can barely find time to eat.
4. They Are Your Rock.
I know for a fact mine is. She keeps me grounded and really keeps me, me. If it was not for my mom I would not be where I am today (as mushy as that sounds). I do not know what I would do if I did not have her, and my in between class phone calls with her.
5. They Are There For You When No One Else Is.
No matter what friend you are having trouble with, who you just broke up with, your mom is always there. They take your side on everything, no matter if you are wrong. That’s what makes moms so special, they don’t care who made you mad, you are their baby and no one messes with their baby. (Haven’t y’all seen those momma bear wildlife documentaries?)
Lastly, I just want to shout out my Mom. She is amazing, and such a beautiful person inside and out. You’re a cool cat, mom. Love you!
