It may still be blazing hot but Autumn is just around the corner. Even though it does not feel like it as everyday the sun feels like it is burning you and everything around it, but in just a month it will officially be Fall. Plus, it's hard not to realize that Fall is coming when all of the stores are advertising Autumn merchandise. Especially Bath and Body Works who have already started displaying their plethora of Autumnal scents. So here are five reasons why I can't wait for Fall.
1. The Weather
Nothing beats weather in the fall. It isn't too hot like Summer but it isn't too cold like Winter. It is the perfect combination that allows for outdoor activities and also cozy nights in. Plus now you can enjoy nights out with friends by a fire pit, at football games, or just sitting outside with a cup of tea.
2. The Clothes
Because the weather is getting slightly colder you can layer and accessorize more. This means that fashion is at it's peak. And because you don't have to cover your outfit with a huge jacket, it just means that you can express yourself even more. From cable knit sweaters to combat boots, Fall is the perfect season for fashion. There are a plethora of patterns and colors to choose, plus even the most fashion foward outfits can be comfortable.
3. Fall Scents
Fall scents are the best type of scents. They are warm and comforting, and range from sweet to subtle. You can either burn a candle, wear it as perfume or just be surrounded by natural Autumnal scents. Either way. Fall scents make everyone happy.
4. Color Changing
The scenery of Fall is breathtaking. The leaves change colors and the air turns crisper. Of course this only happens in seasonal places, but I feel as if this is the staple of Fall in areas that apply. You may not always have nice scents or sweaters, but you can always see the leaves change colors. Plus, nothing is better than taking a walk outside in the crisp whether to admire the change in colors. Even though you cynical side might say that the plants are just dying, you can just see it as a new chapter in life. A new season brings a new begining.
5. Closer to Christmas
This one is self explanatory. As Fall comes faster and faster, it means that Christmas is not too far behind. So enjoy Fall while it is around because before you know it, the Holidays will be just around the corner.
